Will my data be kept?
It depends on the fault: where possible I restore the system without wiping data. If it can’t be saved, I’ll tell you before I start.
Do you unlock locked phones?
No. I don’t bypass locks, iCloud or Google accounts — I only restore phones whose owners know their own login details.
