Why are you cheaper than a repair shop?
I work from my own workshop, so I don’t pay mall rent or a receptionist’s salary. A shop adds those costs to every repair — I don’t.
What parts do you use?
For most models you can choose an original part or a quality compatible one. Both prices are on the model page — your choice.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes — repairs come with a 3 months warranty. If the replaced part fails in that time, I’ll fix it for free.
Is my data safe?
Your data isn’t needed for the repair and I don’t touch it. Still, I recommend a backup before any repair — good practice at any service.
Can I drop it off in the evening, after work?
Yes — I take devices until 10 pm. No need to leave work early or rush at lunch: arrange a time and drop by in the evening.
How much is diagnostics?
Diagnostics is free. Then I tell you the fault and the final price, and only repair once you agree.
My model isn’t listed. What now?
Message me — I can most likely fix it. The list has the most popular models, but I fix others too.
