What I repair
I tell you the price before the repair, once I’ve seen the fault.
Buttons and triggers
A button sticks, double-presses or doesn’t work at all; the R2/L2 trigger has lost its resistance.
Charging port
The controller charges only at an angle or not at all. I resolder the USB-C or micro-USB port.
Battery
The controller dies within an hour or two. I replace the battery so you can play all evening again.
FAQ
Is it worth repairing a controller or should I buy a new one?
A new DualSense costs around 70 €, and a stick drift repair is usually much cheaper. After free diagnostics I’ll tell you the price — and if a repair isn’t worth it, I’ll say so.
Why is the price agreed individually?
It depends on the controller model and the fault: sometimes cleaning a contact is enough, sometimes the module needs replacing. I always tell you the price before the repair.
